Terms of Service

By accessing or using theSATfix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, and educators.

theSATfix provides an AI-powered SAT preparation platform including practice questions, adaptive study plans, mastery tracking, timed tests, and score predictions. Content is generated dynamically from template families and verified through our quality assurance pipeline.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental consent.

theSATfix offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 3 days of a paid subscription. After 3 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using premium features.

All content on theSATfix, including questions, explanations, study plans, and platform design, is the intellectual property of theSATfix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

You agree not to: share your account with others; use automated tools to scrape or extract content; attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms; upload harmful content; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

theSATfix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific score improvements. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
